The door won't open on my EdgeStar combo washer/dryer. It was purchased in 2013 and installed in 2019, but has been hardly used in the last two years. The issue has occurred before, and I've managed to open the door by running a short spin cycle, but this trick doesn't always work. I've also tried starting a new dry cycle and pausing it, but the door still won't open. Additionally, the washer sometimes shows 1 minute remaining for prolonged periods.
