Over the past month, we are receiving notices from the Microsoft account team about someone trying to change our password and unusual sign-in activity. I have updated and changed the password. Do you have an email address or phone number linked to your account? Have you checked your email and other online accounts for tampering, especially if they have the same username and password? Is there anything else the Computer Expert should know before I connect you? Programs and apps, online bill pay, and banking.
