A tech support supposedly solved a problem with my email 2 days ago, but the problem is now worse. I called the company, and they told me to recontact tech support with no additional charges. However, there is a new charge in my checking account, and all my emails have disappeared. I am concerned this might be a scam. How long can it possibly take to resolve this issue, and is there really someone looking at these communications?
