Accidentally downloaded the 'Windows 10 upgrade' for a future upgrade. Found that certain programs will not work on it. Tried to stop the upgrade, but there is an icon that says if I shut down the computer, Windows 10 will install. How can I prevent this from happening?

Excel 2010: I have templates created for multiple scatter graphs. In a multi-sheet workbook, I want to apply a certain template to a selected graph. To do so, I have to go to 'Design'. If I do, Excel shuts down with the message 'encountered an error... Windows will inform you bla-bla'. This has happened many times. I run Windows 10 on a Dell Inspiron i7 machine. What could be causing this issue and how can I resolve it?

What does 'Refer to printer documentation' mean, and what should I do about it? I've cancelled all print jobs and turned the computer on and back on, but the message is still there. The printer is an HP Photosmart C5280 All-in-One connected via cables to the computer, and I've tried a new black ink cartridge with no change.

I have Office 365 and the Outlook app on my computer always exits back to the 'Start Page' whenever I forward, delete, reply, etc. a message, requiring me to sign back into Outlook from the 'Start Page'. What setting do I need to address?

I am using Word 2013 and have turned off the spell check feature for misspelled words. How do I turn the feature back on so that misspelled words are highlighted in red within the document while typing?
