After updating my Mac to macOS Catalina, my old Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) no longer work. How do I get my programs back, and what are the costs involved in updating them? Also, how do I cancel my JustAnswer subscription once the trial is over?

I have a persistent 'Homegroup' icon and program on my computer that I can't remove. Where do you see the Homegroup icon, and can you connect remotely to my computer to fix it?

I am trying to place an order online, but I have trouble completing the order. I placed an order on www.drtheo.com, but I never intended to have anything to do with your website. It popped up when I was on Dr. Theo's website. I thought the question was coming from Dr. Theo's Website and did not intend to have any additional charges. I do not know anything about your website.

I applied for a Sling Box and account last week, but I haven't heard anything back. They charged my credit card, and I was told I could get a free box plus pay $60 for three months and then $20 thereafter. Where can I contact Sling TV to check the status of my account and confirm my costs?

I thought I loaded McAfee on this computer, but it's telling me it's expired. I have an email that says my subscription doesn't expire until March 10, 2018. What should I do to resolve this issue?
