Audio on some types of websites will play, but other types not. For example, Youtube plays, but Google Voice and http://ttsreader.com/ do not. What is the cause and solution? Running Chrome on Windows 10.

I have a Dell Inspiron 1750 laptop from 2009. The keys 1, q, a, z, and m on the attached keyboard are not working properly. I am currently using a Logitech wireless keyboard and an on-screen keyboard as alternatives. Can this problem be fixed, and how do I go about getting it done?
