All my files on my Apple iPhone got deleted in error when I was deleting my inbox, and my trash is empty. This happened about a year ago, and a clerk at Telus was able to retrieve all files using Google help. I recently got a new Apple 14, and the files were still on my iPad until I opened them, and then they disappeared. What should I do to recover my files?
