Amazon is taking $15.89 out of my account twice every month. I want it to be stopped immediately and the money already taken to be returned. I talked to a representative about a month ago but nothing was resolved.

Printmaster 2020 won't print pictures or clip art, just the words. The software is downloaded on my computer and connected wirelessly. The printer, an HP OfficeJet 4650, prints fine otherwise. The saved document shows all pictures, but the document in print preview on Printmaster does not. What could be the issue and how can I resolve it?
