At random times, all messages in my Outlook Inbox on my cell phone are transferred to the Trash, and an image of an air balloon pops up with a message stating I should enjoy my empty inbox. I am not well-versed in technology and need help resolving this issue. I am using Outlook version 2.2.252 on an Android device.

Every minute or so, a page pops up while I'm online, stopping the current page I'm on. This happens on my Samsung T580 tablet, which has been ongoing for a week. I've tried going to settings and trying everything. The pop-ups are ad videos and static ads of all types. I haven't installed any new programs recently, and nothing had changed when this issue started. What can I do to resolve this?

I turned on my D-Link DWR-961-146D router and it does not recognize any internet. The router has power, 5GHz, and 2.4GHz lights on solid, and LAN light blinking sometimes. I am trying to get internet service for my PC, cell phone, and security cameras using this US Cellular router. I have a SIM card configured for US Cellular's 4G service, which was inserted into the router by someone else. What steps can I take to troubleshoot and resolve this issue?
