Can I download a repair disc for a frozen older Dell Inspiron 7500 with Windows 2000 using an external LG portable multi-driver DVD disc on an Acer notebook? The Dell screen reads 'RUNCHKDSK /F then restart refer to your get start manual for manual troubleshooting stop errors.' I do not have this manual.
