My U-verse broadband has been out for three days since early last Friday. I am using a cell phone for internet but my laptop won't connect. The power light on my router is steady, but the broadband light is flashing red. What can I do to resolve this issue?

My digital camera SX720HS got wet in the ocean for less than a minute. I can’t turn it on. It’s been drying for over a day. When I put the battery in, the camera heats up even though it’s not turned on. I had a totally dry battery at home and it gets hot too. Anything I can do? Has there been any recent damage to your SX720HS (e.g. from dropping or from water contact)? Is this the first time you've had trouble turning on your SX720HS?
