Can PopMoney be accessed without knowing the consumer’s credentials? I have a customer who said he did not initiate his PopMoney account and transfer. However, the person that initiated the account was able to answer all the out-of-wallet questions, had access to the customer’s online banking credentials, and there were no failed attempts when answering out-of-wallet questions. My President wants to know for sure that only the customer could have initiated the transaction due to the credential security measures PopMoney has in place.

I am constantly receiving a 'Windows Installer' window block on my new Windows 10 Lenovo AIO 520 Series computer. When I choose cancel, it shows 'cancelled' but keeps running. When I shut down and restart, it starts up again. This issue began an hour ago when I attempted to install Windows Office 2010. What can be done to resolve this?
