Do I need a credit card to verify that the shipping address is correct? I ordered from 37 Bracelet and received notification that my shipping address was incorrect. I received another notification with the tracking number and have to fill out credit card info, but it won’t take my debit/credit card.

I would like to cancel my subscription that was automatically renewed yesterday. I no longer use the computer associated with the account, and I have forgotten my username and password. My Facebook account has been hacked and the hacker is still using my personal information. I have reported this to Facebook and others have too. I'm unsure if the hacker has my username or password, but she has created an account with all my personal details. What else can I do to recover my account and ensure my other accounts are safe?
