Due to suspicious activity, we had to change our Apple ID. My son had to reset his phone with the new ID, but now it asks for his password each time he enters it, which locks him out for a period of time. He is 100% sure he is using the correct password, but it's not working. He has been locked out this time for 1 hour. How can we resolve this?
