Ever since downloading an updated version of Mozilla Thunderbird, I have encountered several issues, including persistent message boxes and display problems. The issues include: 1) An ALERT box stating 'This folder is being processed. Please wait until processing is complete to get messages.' 2) An ADD SECURITY EXCEPTION box stating 'You are about to override how Mozilla identifies this site. Legitimate banks, stores, and other public sites will not ask you to do this.' with details about a server certificate. 3) After double-clicking the Thunderbird icon, two screens appear instead of one, each referring to a different email address. How can these issues be resolved?

I have an ASUS UX31 Windows 7 ZENBOOK laptop, one year old. I installed Dragon NaturallySpeaking 11.5 and want to uninstall it, but it won't go away. Every time I try to uninstall it, the process hangs up, freezes, or sits. What can I do to successfully uninstall the software?

In services, using a Windows 7 OS on a Samsung desktop, it says spooler problems windows 7 error 216: 0xd8. When trying to print, error 216: 0xd8 shows up.
