Ever since I reinstalled my Epson printer D92 series software, my screen resolution settings are stuck on the lowest settings and I can't alter them. Also, the printer works okay until it finishes printing, then I get an error message to report the printer not working and send it off, but then the computer freezes up. I then have no other means of clearing the screen of the debris except using the main on/off switch on the computer. The printer is not working at this time. What can be done to resolve these issues?

I'm trying to backup my iPhone 5S to iCloud, but the process is stuck at a quarter of the way through and shows 4 hours remaining. It was previously showing 9 hours remaining, so I restarted the backup, but it's still stuck. How long should I wait for it to backup further, and should I cancel and restart the backup again?
