Facebook quit working, and I have a new password. My phone had lost my personal hotspot, but Verizon got it going again. We were working with Facebook, and the expert had me reinstall Facebook in the App Store. What steps can I take to recover my Facebook account?

I'm having trouble getting out of the rocky screen saver on my TV. When I turn on the TV and press the Home Screen button, nothing happens, and there is no light on the edge of the TV. I've tried power resetting the TV by unplugging it for 1-2 minutes, which works for a while but then stops again. How can I resolve this issue?
