Good Afternoon. Toshiba A300-13X laptop given for repair. Faulty power supply jack was replaced, but after reassembly, the laptop powered up initially and then shut down. Now, there is no display, power input indicator and keyboard lights are on, battery indicator shows when connected, fan is running, but no POST. Any ideas?

My computer will only receive emails but will not send answer-emails. I have had 3 emails lying in the out-box for 3 days and nights, and they still have not been sent away. It is not normal, as until about 3 days ago there was nothing wrong, but now it is just not working. What could be wrong?

I cannot connect my HP computer with Microsoft 7 to my new D-Link DIR 615 router. My laptop does not see the wireless signal, does not ask for a password, and after entering all the necessary information, it still fails to connect, showing an error message. Additionally, I am unable to access any websites, indicating a deeper connectivity issue.

I was unsuccessful in uninstalling IncrediMail. It said it would save or transfer my emails and other main things, but I deleted it anyway. IncrediMail won't go away, and I want to know if I can still retrieve my folders, emails, and transfer them to a new homepage. Also, how do I change my homepage? I like the IncrediMail site and would like to use it when I want. It won't let me restore it to an earlier date and wanted me to get backup files. I am still somehow linked to IncrediMail. I am a novice and confused. How can I resolve this issue?
