Why can’t I access my consumer cellular account? It has been inaccessible for weeks. The app never allows me to enter a password and just spins with an apology note. I’d also like to know my data usage.

My package was delivered today according to tracking, but I cannot find it. The tracking map shows it was taken to DeQueen court, which is about 100 miles north of where I live in DeQueen. I verified my correct address on the order. Does anyone else have access to this account? The FedEx tracking number is ***** and it says the package was delivered at 2pm today. It was an expedited order.

I am trying to switch to another bank, Chase, and report the bank deposit and withdrawal amounts on Venmo, which were $.09 and $.07, but I couldn't enter them. I just want the bank switch to be made. I've spent hours trying to figure this out. Please help get it done!
