I am using Microsoft's Remote Desktop to connect from both Windows 7 Pro and OSX Yosemite machines to a Windows 7 Pro host machine with a static IP and port forwarding. I am experiencing unstable connections, including automatic reconnections from the Windows machine and 'socket 1' errors terminating sessions from OSX machines. What could be causing these connectivity issues and how can I resolve them?

I installed a WinZip Suite driver update on my XP Home system. After the installation, the cursor and keyboard froze during the setup process. I can't access BIOS or perform a system restore. I can get into boot mode and navigate up/down, but I can't use the cursor for selections. How can I get past the desktop screen to start BIOS? Also, do you sell repair discs for XP and Vista?

I signed up with PayPal on 2/2/2013 as a small business doing home inspections. My credit card details are XXXXXXXXXXX and my name is Daniel. The company is Citywide Building Advisors Inc. Last year, I bought a credit card swiper for my iPad, but it didn't work well. Now I have an iPhone. Is it the same swiper, and is my PayPal account still in operating order? I don't remember if I linked my personal or Citywide business bank account to PayPal. Can you help?
