Hello Ellen, I have a problem with my visa account. I lost my password and have been online for 3-4 days trying to enter a new one. The problem is that I'm blind and can't get it done before the code closes. Do you have an email address or phone number linked to it? Are you logged into your account on any other devices? Is there anything else the Computer Expert should know before I connect you? Do you mean they won't shut me down?
