Hello, I just paid for a renewal and need a code for my TV. The TV services went out on Saturday, saying they were changing to CatchOnTV, and on Sunday, it said the subscription was up. The TV is a Sam and Roku. What renewal code did I pay for, and what subscription is this for? Is this related to Sam's Club? Where can I find the renewal information?

My Spectrum TV isn't working. It was working fine last night. I do have internet service. The lights seem normal on the black box, with the power button lit and the light to the right indicating connection. When I power down the black box, I get a 'no signal' banner streaming across the TV screen. What could be the issue and how can I resolve it?

I lost my Google account and suspect it was stolen. I need to recover it and set my current phone number as the primary number for my account. I have the phone number and another linked Gmail account, but the recovery options provided by Google are not working for me. Is there any way to send a recovery link to my other Gmail or directly to my phone number?

I received a spam message on my Facebook page stating that I may be entitled to receive a payment from a recently settled lawsuit. I have not sued anyone and do not understand why this message appears on my Facebook page. It won't let me delete it. How can I remove or block this message?
