Hello, my husband and I have been with McAfee for a long time. My husband passed away last September, and I received a notification for the renewal of my subscription in April, which I paid. I received an email to download my subscription, but I cannot get anything to work. I am now told I am unprotected, even though I have paid. I am wondering if the problem is that the account was in my husband's name. I am not good with technology, so I am hoping someone can help me.
