Hi Andy, last Wednesday our telecom people managed to remove my Outlook mailbox and now cannot reinstall it. They do not recognize the page that comes up on what I understand is my Outlook 2016 when I open account settings, +Add Account. I have reinstalled the Office 365 suite five minutes ago. When I open Add Account, I get a white box with a blue outline saying 'Welcome, enter a mail address to set up your account,' but the Telecom folk say I should have a different page with Auto Account Setup info to be inserted.

How do I reset my access password? I last reset my username and password about 6 months ago, haven't installed any updates recently, and there's nothing else the computer expert needs to know.

I cannot connect to live.fr. I have all other internet connections working, but only live.fr is problematic. My computer is a two-month-old Windows 10 machine.
