Hi Andy, working from home. My USB headset is going through my speakers. Trying to change to my headset. Error message no jack information. Andy, are you able to help me? My computer is an Asus with Windows 10, and the issue started 2 days ago.

My PowerShot A80 came with ZoomBrowser EX, which is vulnerable to hackers according to one site. The problem is reported as CameraWindow.exe. Should I download a fix from a third-party site, or should I uninstall and reinstall ZoomBrowser EX from the Canon website to ensure my files and titles are not affected?

I'm having trouble installing an HP Envy printer on my Sony laptop. The installation fails and prompts me to download a service pack from Microsoft. I've already installed this printer on other computers at home, but it's not working on this one. I've tried multiple times and even turned off security programs, but the installation still fails. The last error message mentioned 'ERROR TRANSACTIONAL CONFLICT' and some numbers in brackets. What should I do?
