I have a gray rectangular box across my screen on my Toshiba Satellite E45W-C4200X running Microsoft Windows 10. It has been there for 2 days. I have tried changing desktop photos, restarting the computer multiple times, looking at all display options, and checking the task manager for running programs, but I cannot get rid of it. What can I do to remove this box?
