I'm having issues with my card information being rejected on your site, and I've already been charged. The site keeps asking for more money and I'm stuck in a loop through the same pages. What can be done to resolve this issue?

I recently moved and set up my IQ3 box using an ethernet cable, which shows connected to the internet, but I keep getting a no signal error (f0106) or a 'warming up' message that never resolves. The TV menu works, but I have the same problem on all sources/inputs. The issue started after I moved in two months ago, and I had to wait a month to get a replacement power cord for the IQ3. When I go into settings, it says I'm connected to the internet with a 40MB download speed, but the quality is poor with only one red bar. What could be causing this issue, and how can I resolve it?

Someone has access to my account and changed the email address to one that is not mine. I've changed my password multiple times but cannot log in to Facebook or Messenger. The email address prompt won't let me unclick the circle to put my address in. What can I do to regain access to my account?

I get a warning: inode_val: object (oid 0x20416654a): invalid bsd_flags (0x10) on Disk Utility on my Mac running Mojave. I've tried running /sbin/fsck -fy which identifies the bsd flag issue and says it fixed it, but the problem persists. What should I do to resolve this issue?
