I have sexually explicit videos of myself posted on a website that I would like to remove. What steps can I take to get them unposted or unshared?

We own several Facebook pages, including one at https://www.facebook.com/martinsfamilyclothing/. We recently had a vendor falsely accuse us of using unauthorized images or licenses, despite selling licensed products. Facebook has locked us down for three days and threatened permanent bans. We have tried to communicate with Facebook but have been unsuccessful. What can we do to resolve this issue and prevent future bans?

I have a Logitech computer keyboard that is four years old. The On-Off switch (Green - On, Red - Off) is malfunctioning, making it difficult to activate the keyboard and sign in to my computer. The switch only works when I find a small sliver of Red to the right, and sometimes I have to try multiple times. What can be done to fix this switch issue without needing to purchase a new keyboard?

I have a MacAirbook with OS X version 10.9.5. My printer is not recognizing or finding my destination email address for scanning. I have tried everything suggested by the software but it still doesn't work. I have paid for remote tech support to look into this issue. What additional troubleshooting steps can be taken?
