I bought a Yamaha silent piano SC2 two months ago and have been recording onto USB without problems. However, today, when I press the 'record' button, both the 'record' and 'metronome' lights are flashing, and nothing gets recorded onto the USB stick. I tried a different USB stick and formatted one, but the problem persists. Recording into internal memory seems to be okay. What could be the issue and how can I resolve it?

I used TurboTax to do my taxes, which were mailed on March 15. The IRS 'Where's My Refund?' tool says the info I supplied doesn't match. I contacted TurboTax, but they also say the info doesn't match. I need to talk to a real person to resolve this issue.
