Our number is supposed to be (###) ###-#### but when my husband called my cell, it showed up as a different number. What magicJack model do you have? I got it from Walmart---the box says MagicIN & magic OUT. Do you need the serial number? Also, I was told that when we purchased the new device, I would receive another year subscription (We had already paid one year on our credit card before we bought the new device.
