This morning my computer was working, but suddenly it locked. I am unable to open my computer from my desktop icons. My desktop computer shows a continuous hourglass when I try to open an icon. I use AOL on my computer. I have tried shutting down and restarting my computer several times, but nothing has changed.

I need help getting back into my PlayStation. The sign-in won't accept our password and says an error has occurred. Could it be blocked due to too many attempts? What should I do if turning off the PlayStation for 15 minutes doesn't work? Is there a way to reset the password if I can't access the email associated with the account? How can I change the phone number linked to the account if it's incorrect? What should I do if PlayStation customer support is unavailable due to high call volume? How do I find out if my account has been temporarily suspended due to too many password attempts and how long the suspension lasts?
