I've been having trouble loading Photoshop CC for months, and it's gotten worse after updating to CC 2018. It takes about 14 to 16 minutes to load on my iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2015) with 8 GB of RAM. Lightroom opens quickly without issues. What could be causing this and how can it be fixed?

I have been trying to download 617 pictures from my iPhone 7 to my Mac running OS X El Capitan for hours. I have plenty of storage space and have tried restarting both devices. I was able to download 1200 pictures yesterday but got stopped on the last 617. There was an error message stating 'Unreadable Files: 616' and gave me 7 image numbers. How can I resolve this issue and efficiently transfer all my photos from my iPhone to my Mac using iCloud or other methods?

I can receive email but get an error when I try to reply or send: 554 5.7.1 Relay access denied. My email service provider is Consolidated Communication, and I use Microsoft Outlook 10. The email was working fine until recent changes were made. I have called the provider, but they say their webmail works and cannot help. What can be done to resolve this issue?
