When I try to view a video, I can hear the sounds but the screen is blank. Also, when I am on my home page and click on an article, the sound is there but the video can't be seen. This problem started a week ago and affects all videos. Additionally, on my homepage (anything.com), I don’t have any pictures next to the articles anymore. My device is an HP All-in-One running Windows 8. I cleaned out some icons and may have uninstalled something. What could be causing this issue and how can I fix it?
