While using Nero Vision to burn movies onto DVD, I encountered an issue where Nero only accepts AVI and MPEG formats, but my movies are in RMVB format. Nero did not allow me to add these movies and displayed an error message. What caused this issue and is there another way to burn my RMVB movies to DVD without converting them?

We have a Hitachi 500GB external hard drive that won't start. The white neons are flashing underneath it. In Explorer, it displays only as a Local Disc (not Hitachi). Windows eventually displays a message that this drive needs formatting. Apparently, this drive has been having problems for a little while. What can be done to recover the data on the drive?

One of two computers on my home network can no longer send or receive email. The affected computer produces error messages 0x80042109 and 0x80042108, indicating that Outlook cannot connect to the outgoing (SMTP) or incoming (POP3) email server. The following has been checked or actions taken: the cable modem has been rebooted, both computers are on the same network and can access email using IEv8 and Yahoo/ATT, both computers have the exact same email account setup verified with the ISP tech support, the non-connecting computer has had a new email account profile established and a system restore was done to before the problem appeared, and the computer has been scanned for viruses and malware. The problem appeared after opening an email containing a link to an MSNBC RSS feed, which caused a large number of feeds to load onto the computer. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
