I placed an order for a Muscle Shoals DVD with a delivery date range of 12/16/21 to 12/21/21, but I have not yet received the purchase. I was not provided a tracking number, and I would like to know when I can expect delivery.

I ordered a chair from Fashion Nova and never received my package. FedEx customer service informed me that my package went to someone else and the tracking number for that package was not mine. I've tried contacting the seller but received no response. What else can I do?

Every phone number I call is getting a busy signal. Since 12/20 is the date for the auto pay on the current bill, is there some kind of a snafu with my bank? My phone number is (###) ###-####. This is an old (1995) landline phone that doesn't do anything but make and receive phone calls. It is my only phone.
