Recently installed Windows 7 Ultimate and tried to install Service Pack 1 but it stalls at the halfway mark. Task Manager indicates 50% CPU usage. Downloaded SP1, created a DVD, and ran it from both the DVD and hard drive with the same results. Turned off Trend Micro and other potential interfering programs, but no change. Any advice on how to proceed?
