I have an Asus VivoBook Flip that I haven't used for a while. When I turn it on, the screen stays blank with a little backlight. I don't know the Operating System, but I think it's Windows 10. I haven't installed any updates recently. Now, I have the home page and the internet open, but it won't close. What should I do?

Hello there Pearl!. I have a refund coming to my PayPal account from Algrave (an online shop) and they can only refund me this way NOT to my credit card which is a nuisance!. I have no phone service or TV in the family room, and the router box is not lit up like it usually is. My laptop seems to be working fine, but no phone or cell phone is connecting. The router is an Arris model TG1682 with a network name (SSID) of xfsetup-fd4a, and I have Comcast Triple Play. What should I do?
