How do I install the Liteon AC adapter model PA-1041-91 on my self-made computer that has been experiencing issues for about 6 months? I haven't tried reinstalling it yet due to safety concerns.

My Sanyo Blu-ray DVD player won't play Dallas season 7 discs 3 and 4. I've tried using the play button on the DVD remote and switching to HDMI2, but it still doesn't work. What could be the issue and what else can I try?
