I ordered a TSST DVD-ROM SN-108BB to use with my Winbook 10 tablet. The device is recognized by Device Manager but won't play CDs or DVDs. Windows Media Player does not see the device either, and there is no control panel to play CDs or DVDs. The drive light flashes, but nothing shows in Windows Explorer. What should I do to troubleshoot and potentially fix this issue?

I think I was hacked. My computer screen went black, and when it came back on, the display made icons look fatter, and the sleep option was missing from the restart/shutdown options. I tried to change my password in settings, but my old password didn't work, and I was locked out when the computer went to sleep. My password, which normally works, also didn't work. Bitdefender mentioned my user account password was weak and acknowledged a changed password that wasn't done by me. What should I do to regain access to my computer and secure it?

I have been using Garritan sounds (Personal Orchestra and Jazz and Big Band) with Logic 9 for many years. After moving to a new iMac and upgrading to Logic X, none of the Garritan samples work in my existing projects, while all other audio and Apple samples play perfectly. What do I need to do to get the Garritan samples working in Logic X? Do I need to repurchase the Garritan libraries for Logic X, and how do I load the new Garritan Personal Orchestra 5 into the Logic X sound library?
