I turned off my system without shutting down the program first. Now, I cannot get safe mode to run at all, and I can only get it to last good setup. I also received an error message: config_list_failed 0X000000X73. What should I do?

Our Pixma MX850 printer is making a loud clicking noise during the printing process, and the button on the lower left of the printer as well as the drop tray are jammed.
