My Roboform program logins are locked up, I can open the app but all logins are missing. On my computer, the Roboform Icon has a red X covering it. I have a HP desktop running Windows. I have not installed any updates to Roboform, but I did install an upgrade to Malwarebytes recently. What should I do to resolve this issue?

I need help resetting my password for my Gmail account. My device is not working, and I don't remember when I last reset my username and password. I haven't installed any updates recently, and I was trying to do this on my cell phone, but it's not working.
