How do I update my email address? I am expecting an email from JustAnswer but provided my old email address. My old email is *@.* and my new email is *@.*. I use Outlook as my email provider and usually access my email on a new home computer or my phone. I'm not tech-savvy and need help to fix this issue.

I had MagicJack for 1 year, and then I paid $59.95 on my credit card. However, MagicJack charged me for 5 years on July 30 and again on August 3, resulting in two charges of $59.95. I have my bank statement to prove it. MagicJack has also turned off my service. How can I resolve this issue and where should I send my bank statement?
