I received a refurbished laptop from Dell with Vista Home Premium, but I need Vista Business for the network at work. I purchased the business upgrade, but I believe I cannot upgrade to Business. Is this true? Is there another way to set up networking with the server at work?

I can't get Age of Empires 3 Gold Edition to download. The install wizard begins and then goes away. I have no spyware or virus protection running. I have tried to install through add remove programs. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks
