Eharmony has taken money out of my account, and I don't use this site. There were unauthorized charges on August 26, 2019, for $23.83 AUD, and on May 27, 2019, for $23.85 AUD. I want this money put back into my account as soon as possible and all my details deleted from the site. What do I need to do to resolve this issue?

I lost the key and can't remember my passcode to access my Sentry Safe. I've tried using my fingerprint, but none have worked. The safe has 4 buttons to the right of it. I received the safe as a gift, brand new, and have the serial number. How can I reset it?

I have some photos that were moved from a USB drive into Picasa on my PC. The metadata states they were edited in Photoshop. I do not have Photoshop on my PC, but I sometimes send photos from Picasa to Paint to copy them. Could this action cause the metadata to indicate Photoshop editing, or does this metadata come from the original source on the USB drive?
