I need to find a downloadable CV.exe program online because my current version seems to be corrupted, causing programs to misbehave when debugged. Specifically, the Return instruction in a 'procedure' takes the program to the wrong location in the code. Where can I download the debugging software called CV.exe?

Since Monday, I have been unable to attach pictures or files to my outgoing emails on Yahoo, Gmail, and Comcast. The issue persists regardless of the file size and occurs on a Windows computer using Chrome. I receive a message stating 'unable to attach image' and have tried sending photos as an image without success. What could be causing this issue and how can it be resolved?
