I added $50 to my LyftCash for rides, but the next day, Lyft wouldn't let me use it and said to try a different card. I tried multiple cards, none worked. Why do I need a card if I have LyftCash available? I contacted support but got no help. My account seems to be disabled, and I have no reason why. I have proof of everything and am not involved in any fraudulent activities. Will I be able to use my LyftCash in the morning? How long will it take for Lyft to resolve this issue?
