I am a member of the SAG Awards Nominating Committee. Epix sent me a card with a case-sensitive password that does not work through December 8th. I am using an iMac with OSX Yosemite. I have not had any issues with Netflix, and I am trying to watch the show to vote. What can I do to resolve this issue?

I have been paying for a membership since September but have not been able to access it. I am trying to log in with my email and password on edgeofwonder.tv, but the screen says my email belongs to someone else. I tried to reset my password, but it is not accepted. I need a download for a WNDA3100v2 wireless USB adapter. My computer is a Dell Inspiron running Windows 7. The computer cannot see the adapter. I previously used a disc for WNDA3100v3, which might be the issue. How can I resolve this?

I am a Windows Insider version 2004 user and my Outlook cannot use iCloud. I updated Outlook last night and Apple support spent 2 hours with me, but they asked me to contact you for further assistance. I have error 101.
