I am an old-fashioned person who doesn't trust the internet and prefers not to type credit card or bank information over the phone. Can I set up an account verbally over the phone? I don't use a smartphone; I use a landline and recently received an iPad for communication.

I am trying to install 64-bit Windows 7 Home Premium in Parallels Desktop on my iMac. During the installation, I get an error message stating 'The unattended answer file contains an invalid product key.' I have tried downloading and burning both X17-58996 and X17-58997 ISO files, but both give the same error. I also read that I should remove the reference to the floppy disk drive, but I don't know how to do this. Can you help?

We have a new Canon G3610 Pixma Printer and are having trouble printing email documents. The colors are fine but there is no black and white. The inkjet test pattern showed no black at all. We have tried the self-cleaning cycle and the ink is 7 months old and 3/4 full. What can we do to fix this?
