I am an ongoing client of JustAnswer and have several technical issues with my laptop. Here are my concerns: 1. A red error bar appears on top of Yahoo emails with the message 'Product Activation Failed'. 2. Yahoo emails are not sending. 3. The Yahoo email shortcut is not pinned to the start or task bar. 4. I prefer to sync Yahoo email to Outlook on the Desktop. 5. Documents queued to print are not printing from this laptop, although they were earlier this morning. 6. I have screenshots of error messages that I can share if you connect remotely.
