I am encountering an error message when I click on contacts in Outlook on my HP Envy desktop PC running Windows 10. The message states 'the set of folders cannot be opened. MAPI was unable to load the information from APLZOD.dll. Be sure the service is correctly installed and configured.' Additionally, I am unable to sync my business exchange emails, contacts, and calendar on my new iPad mini. I have tried removing and re-adding the iCloud account on both my desktop and iPad mini, but the issues persist. What steps can I take to resolve these issues?

Hello - The problem is with my iPad - I can FaceTime and see the person I call but they can not see me and there is not a video feed of me on my end. It is just black on the other end. This has been going on for a while now and it getting frustrating. I have an iPad version 10.3.2 and this issue occurred before the most recent updates.
